Proud Supporter of...

support Help Support the Clean Cities Program
Clean Cities
As you may already know, the White House budget has proposed the elimination of the U.S. Department of Energy's Clean Cities program as part of its proposed 73-percent cut of the Department's overall Vehicle Technologies program. Congress will ultimately decide the fate of the Clean Cities program and its funding for next year.

Wisconsin Clean Cities requests that you add your organization's name to the national letter addressed to key Congressional appropriations leaders. Your participation will demonstrate the broad-based support for alternative fuels, advanced technology vehicles and the national Clean Cities Program.

Thank you again for your support! If you have any questions please contact Lorrie Lisek at (414) 221-4958.
midwestMidwest EVOLVE Project
The U.S. Department of Energy awarded a three-year grant program, the Midwest Electric Vehicle Opportunities: Learning, eVents, Experience (EVOLVE) project which is a partnership between the American Lung Association of the Upper Midwest and eight Midwestern Clean Cities coalitions in seven states. The purpose of the project is to educate consumers, as well as public and private fleets, about the performance and environmental advantages of electric vehicles.

With this grant program we are able to host and attend events that provide a hands-on experience to view and test drive a variety of locally available EVs, which helps consumers and fleets to determine the best vehicle(s) and charging options for their personal and/or fleet needs.

In addition to helping the public learn about EVs, Midwest EVOLVE is focused on fostering the rollout of additional charging stations throughout the Midwest, including public-charging stations and employer-based workplace charging.

Interested in hosting an event or ride and drive at your workplace? Not sure a ride and drive is right for you? Learn more here.

For a ride and drive near you visit our  event page or contact our office to schedule an event!   For more information about the program please visit the Midwest EVOLVE  website .
penskePenske Project
Considering Natural Gas Trucks For Your Fleet?
CNG
In partnership with the US Department of Energy, Penske  is offering fleets the opportunity to rent a compressed  natural gas (CNG) truck before buying or leasing. Through this program, CNG trucks are available at the same price as a comparable diesel truck. Penske ensures a smooth rental experience by providing training resources  and 24/7 roadside assistance.
