Alicia Golden, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Specialist. She is the co-owner of A Healthy Balance. She works to help individuals find their healthy balance by incorporating realistic lifestyle fitness and nutrition changes. Given Alicia's background in Occupational Therapy, she specializes in return to physical activity post injury and also in injury prevention.
What can you expect during the free fitness assessment?
- Review of a comprehensive health history questionnaire
- Brief strength and cardiorespiratory assessments
- Screening of movement patterns using the Functional Movement Screen
- Baseline body composition measurements
