The Beury Building Redevelopment Continues North Broad's Renaissance
ESI was retained by Shift Capital to conduct a market feasibility analysis for the proposed redevelopment of the Beury Building, a vacant 13-story art deco high rise into a mixed-use, mixed-income development facility. Shift Capital is redeveloping the 111,867 square foot building to have 30 market rate rental units and 50 affordable rate rental units.

"I always referred to this as 'Divine North,' said ESI Senior Advisor, Alan Greenberger, in Philly.com's article on the Beury Building. "Once we got 'the Divine' under control, this is the next thing that had to happen."
