Welcome to 2019 TTT!
It's been great to see the team thrive and grow over the past several years, so we're looking forward to continuing that trend this year!
To get things rolling for 2019, we've got a great meeting for January where Breakthrough Nutrition and Chef Keith Garniner will be teaming up for a cooking demo and discussion topics about personalized nutrition planning. We'll also be having a self-guided indoor brick training session at HPU later in the month as well (date TBD still), which is a great way to get your training started off well for this year.
