Letter from the President
Welcome to 2019 TTT!

It's been great to see the team thrive and grow over the past several years, so we're looking forward to continuing that trend this year!

To get things rolling for 2019, we've got a great meeting for January where Breakthrough Nutrition and Chef Keith Garniner will be teaming up for a cooking demo and discussion topics about personalized nutrition planning. We'll also be having a self-guided indoor brick training session at HPU later in the month as well (date TBD still), which is a great way to get your training started off well for this year.

We've also gotten some new discount codes from our sponsors and partners. So if you're looking for some physical care or massage, biking or running gear, nutrition, coaching, or signing up for local races, be sure to check out our Sponsor Discounts page on the TTT website for what kind of discounts you may have available as a member of the TTT! There are instructions for how to contact us to get codes, and we love to hear that our members and supporting the sponsors and partners of the team!

Now let's get things in gear for 2019! TTT ROCKS!

Meet Susan!
Susan has been doing triathlons for about 4 years now. Her first being Belews Lake Sprint, in 2014. After another sprint, she was hooked! Susan's best tri tip is to, " stick to your nutrition plan!" She says she learned that the hard way. Susan also states that her Coach, Karen Buxton, is her inspiration.

If you see Susan, tell her congratulations on being our TTT Athlete of the Month!
