3 new fitness classes at KTAC!
Yoga with Greg Bowles!
4:00 pm and
Saturdays at 11:00 am.
Greg will also teach two Water Yoga classes a week.
Tuesdays at 2:30 pm and Saturdays at 12:30 pm.
Help us in welcoming Greg to the Center as we are very excited to offer these additional Yoga classes.
Greg is a master in all forms of Yoga and he is also available for personal sessions which will focus on your individual needs ranging from sports injuries to athletic enhancement.
P.S: he is also a tennis player, 3.5 level, so let's get him on the courts as well!

Our new Fitness Director, Misty combines steady weight training with blasts of cardio. Check out this new class and remember Misty will not disappoint you! For those of you who remember, she taught water aerobics and Rep Reebok a few years ago.
