5A Bridge Class
The Bridge Class is moving right along. We are learning about the 7 continents, what a globe is, the names of the 12 Disciples and several Bible verses! We have started telling time on the hour, and sight words!! The kids are doing great with independent work in the learning centers! They LOVE the science center and are super at large puzzles!!! I also have several artists who love spending time in the art center!! Our days are full of learning, laughter and Jesus!! I think our favorite day in October was cowboy day! We roped steer, herded sheep, searched for gold, went on a cattle ride and sat by the preschool campfire!!! Another favorite day was the trip to the fire station!! I am excited to see how my little friends grow and continue to love to learn everyday!!!

November is here. Our lessons this month will focus on obedience to God and the importance of being obedient.  When we know Him and are obedient to Him by using our gifts and talents that He has blessed us with then others will hopefully see Jesus through us!  We are still collecting for the next two weeks our offering to purchase food and collecting boxes of Macaroni and Cheese, canned Ravioli and canned Vegetables for a local ministry to help needy families. Thank you to all of you that have helped us to achieve this goal of helping others by providing food items.
As we continue to study God’s word and how much He loves us, we want to share that kind of love with others, we will soon begin our annual collection of stocking hat’s, mitten’s and our coat drive to help others who may not have a warm coat this winter. We are serving others by donating gently used or new items through the month of November.(Men’s, Women’s, and children’s coats – all sizes) We hope to bless others with the gift of warmth this winter!
Thank you and God Bless!
