It is time for February Staff and Student of the month nominations. Please use the button below to submit your nomination to recognize an outstanding team member and staff.

In order to increase communication and support, a weekly feedback form will be linked below. This is an optional form for any staff member to utilize as a feedback tool. You may share how the week went, any challenges you faced, shared positive message about a student, share maintenance needs, etc. Please take the time to provide feedback if needed.

DATA Meetings

• We will be scheduling data meetings with each team in the upcoming weeks. Please be prepared to discuss your team's data.

Intruder Detection Audits by Region 7

• Please make sure all exterior doors are locked. No door should be propped open at any time.
• Check all adults for ID Badges. If no ID badge, please escort them to front office.

Professional Learning Communities

Using Common Formative Assessments to help reflect on practice.

CFAs are designed to do two things:

• Identify students who are struggling and/ or excelling.
• Improve (and reflect on) our professional practice.

The process of reviewing CFA Data:

• Meet with team.
• Bring assessment data to team meeting.
• Follow team norms.
• Compare your results with your colleagues to identify effective instructional practice.

There must be trust among your team.

Common assessment data tells us if we need a tool or skill.

Tool = something to help you reach this group of students.

Skill= a learned/developed aptitude or ability.
