We're thrilled to welcome Turf Care Products Canada, known for its industry-leading turf maintenance products and services, as the first tenant in the Keswick Business Park! We stopped in last week to welcome them in person to our community. With an impressive 50,000+ square feet of space, Turf Care's new facility marks a significant investment in our community.

With a strategic location close to major highways and a 500+K labour force within a 35-minute drive, the Town provides exceptional opportunities for industries of all kinds. We're proud to support companies like Turf Care and invite others to discover the benefits of investing in Georgina.

Increasing economic impact from visitors with new wayfinding signage
As part of the Wayfinding Strategy, approved by Council earlier this year, the Economic Development and Tourism office has installed new marquee signs in locations that draw visitors from out of town to inform them of things to see and do in the Town of Georgina.
Four signs were installed at the ROC, Uptown Keswick Parkette, North Gwillimbury Park and Holmes Point Park. They add to the signs already installed at De La Salle Park, Jackson's Point Parkette, Jackson's Point Harbour and High Street in Sutton. Two tourism guide boxes were also added at Jackson's Point Harbour and on High Street in Sutton.
This initiative is a key deliverable in the Division's new Economic Development and Tourism Strategy to increase the economic impact from tourism.

Georgina prepares for redevelopment of Historic Downtown High Street
The High Street redevelopment project in Sutton aims to transform the historic downtown area into a key economic hub by upgrading essential infrastructure and enhancing streetscaping. This includes new watermains, stormwater system, and an improved road surface, all designed to modernize the area to current standards and ensure long-term service. Although the Town is only in the engineering pre-design phase, Economic Development and Engineering staff visited Port Hope to learn from their experience with a similar project. Visit georgina.ca/HighStreet to learn more.
