Georgina continues to attract investment by enhancing its investment-readiness

Georgina continues to stand out as an appealing place to do business, offering the space, support and responsiveness today’s investors are looking for. With close proximity to the GTA and access to a strong regional workforce, businesses can grow with confidence. Recent investors in the Keswick Business Park have noted the Town’s hands-on support helped them meet project timelines and move forward efficiently.

Georgina’s Business Concierge Program, including financial incentives, continues to evolve to ensure investors have the tools and support they need to succeed. Most recently, Council approved a new Development Charges Deferral Program to incentivize new retail, industrial and rental housing construction. This program allows developers to defer significant development charges for several years, supporting investment, accelerating development and helping build more complete communities.

With a renewed focus on customer service, Georgina is prioritizing smooth processes and a true “roll out the red carpet” experience for businesses at every stage.
