Dear friends and supporters of LHP,

Thanks also to our hardworking staff; Jim Lovinsky our always on the go Executive Director, Kimberly Gravel, our Office and Financial Manager, and our newest staff member Ester Nkuli our Public Relations and Fundraiser who is proving to be a quick study.

Our 25th Anniversary

LHP has spent 25 years serving the community with affordable housing. Once again w e are reminded of the great, and selfless vision its founders had when they decided to start this corporation in efforts to end homelessness.  At this time we have created over 350 units of affordable housing for low income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities in the towns of Jeffersonville, Johnson, Morrisville, Stowe and Hardwick. We could not have accomplished this without many partners, individual donors and supporters in the business community.
We hope you can help us continue this legacy of caring.

Current Projects

We have just begun the initial rehabilitation process of expanding, and introducing high energy efficiency to this amazing park that serves home to more than 30 families. The construction process is underway. We plan to start in September, 2016, and finish by spring of next year.
Our properties, former Arthur's Department Store
in Morrisville, and Bemis Block Restaurant in Hardwick are currently open for Lease. Both properties are located in Great Downtown Anchor Locations. Please visit the Business Opportunities Link above, and Spread the word!
Landlord & Tenant Law Housing Summit - Hyde Park
Recent Spotlights

The latest Housing Summit (May 19th) was given an A+ by many of the attendees. As part of the on-going Housing Summit series Lamoille Housing Partnership teamed up with the Lamoille Area Board of REALTORS┬« and the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development to provide a day long workshop on Landlord Tenant Law to area landlords and real estate professionals, town officials and service providers who work with people in need of housing.

On May 26th, we hosted  Pizza Night, a family friendly fundraiser at Pizza on Main. The event went successfully featuring a Silent Auction, Live band, and of course the yummy food offered by the restaurant. We thank Pizza on Main for hosting our event, and all the businesses below that sponsored the event. Thank you so much!

LHP also participated in the  Vermont Gives, The Nonprofit Giving Platform. We hope to raise more awareness about the platform, and our mission so that we can raise more funds as a result; which would lead to opening more doors to low income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

So far LHP has raised about $13,000 of the $30,000 year goal.  We still need your funding support, and there is still time to make a difference in someone's life. Would you help us reach this goal?
