Hi there,,

Finding a place to live can mean navigating unfamiliar requirements, sorting through limited options, and figuring out where to turn for support. At AP2L, we walk alongside individuals and families in Solano County as they work toward stable housing.

Your support helps make that connection possible. This month, we’re sharing a few ways our community has shown up for our neighbors and the work you’re helping carry forward.

Thank you for your votes for the Target Circle Campaign!

During our Target Circle campaign, Target guests cast 21,569 votes for AP2L, resulting in a $2,839.60 grant.

Whether you voted, shared the campaign, or encouraged someone else to participate, you helped bring additional resources to our housing education, navigation, and placement work.

Thank you for making AP2L part of your everyday giving. Those small actions added up to meaningful support for our community. We’re also grateful to Target for including AP2L in this opportunity.

A day of music, connection, and shared care

On September 19, supporters gathered at the Admiral’s Mansion in Vallejo for our Summer Luncheon and Concert. Over lunch, live music from Decision, games, and conversation, we came together around a shared commitment to neighbors seeking housing.

Together, our community raised $12,524 to support AP2L’s work.

Magic Cabinet Foundation fully underwrote the event, allowing the funds raised to provide flexible support where AP2L needs it most.

We’re grateful to our sponsors: Magic Cabinet Foundation, BMO, CWA Local 9404, Marin Community Foundation, Wizix, and EvolveTCF. Your partnership helped create a day of joy and connection while supporting the work that continues throughout the year.

To our guests, donors, volunteers, board, and staff: thank you for the many ways you contributed. The care you brought to the day carries into our work with individuals and families taking their next steps toward housing.

What your support makes possible

Every person who reaches out to AP2L brings different circumstances, strengths, and needs. Our work helps neighbors understand their options and move forward with support.

Housing Education

We provide information and guidance to help individuals and families better understand the housing process and prepare for their next steps.

Housing Navigation

We help neighbors explore housing options, identify barriers, and connect with relevant resources and referrals.

Housing Placement

We support qualified households through the process of pursuing long-term housing, helping them navigate the steps toward a place to live.

For someone unsure where to begin, a conversation can help clarify the next step. For a family facing barriers, guidance and connection can help them move forward.
