You've probably heard some buzz about Matt Damon's new movie and the book it's based on, but I'm telling you, DO NOT WAIT -- GO NOW, while it's on the big screen. I'm so excited for you to see it, and to hear what you think of its messages!
Besides being wowed by the gorgeous cinematography and spot-on, compellingly-sciency storytelling,
it will make you thankful for your life. And it will embolden you to take bigger chances, live more fully, even when things are scary. Even when it seems nothing's going your way, when you're uncertain about the outcome.
No spoilers here, but I will tell you one of the many things I love about this movie is its unfaltering optimism in the face of disappointment after drudgery after crushing disaster.
If Mark Watney -- the most isolated, alone person in history, literally left for dead --
can face his fears and choose to keep on keeping on, SO CAN WE.
Don't you need a little of that? So go, see it this weekend! Let me know what you think.
