SEAS eNews for February 4-10, 2021
5th Sunday in Ordinary Time
Prepare for Lent at SEAS!
Let’s prepare for Jesus and experience true transformation in our lives this Lent through seven video presentations from Fr. Dave and the Ascension Lenten Companion. This resource has daily meditations, space for journaling, original sacred artwork, plus access to more weekly videos to keep us on track. The Lenten Companion is available for $5 in the parish office and we have 90 copies available. While the book is a great supplement to Fr. Dave's talks, it is not imperative that you own a copy to fully grasp his presentations.
And it's going to be super cold so your blankets are definitely needed! Please place them on the table in the gathering space. Thank you for always responding to this outreach mission with such generosity.
Another Opening
Please call Mary at 651-437-9908 if you can fill this opening. Find all Eucharistic Adoration needs HERE.
Good News
When requested by the family of the deceased, we are now able to live stream funerals on our website and our Facebook page. Check seasparish.org/live or seasparish.org/funerals for listings.
If you experience difficulty bringing a child into your family, know that you are not alone. God is with you, and his Church desires to walk with you. There is information that may be helpful to you on this journey.
Please remember those who are most in need of prayer, including all who are in our prayer corner. Names are updated weekly. To add a new name, contact the office at 651-437-4254. To renew a loved one's name, call by the last Monday of each month. Click HERE to go to the prayer corner.

FORMED for the Week of February 7
FORMED highlights three features each week. You can watch, learn from, and grow in your Catholic faith. This week's picks are Bernadette, How and Why to Pray the Rosary, and St. Bernadette of Lourdes.
This weekend we celebrate all men and women consecrated to God by the vows of chastity, poverty and obedience. We pray that they may seek to live their baptismal promises more intensely and have the grace to persevere in their commitment to the Lord and serve with open hearts and willing spirits.
