USASA FAQ's

Q: What happens once a claim is submitted by a registered USSSA player?

A. The claimants receive real-time auto-generated emails at each step of the process. So, when a claim is verified by the state association, the claimant and the verifer receive an acknowledgement email. When the claim is approved by USASA, the claimant receives an additional email, and finally, when A-G receives the approval from Amber (USASA), we send a claim acknowledgement email that gives the claimant their claim number. This last email is not auto-generated, but generally comes out 24-48 hours after claim approval from USASA.

Q: If there is a question regarding a claim, who do I contact at USASA?

A: Amber Klimek aklimek@usasa.com handles player insurance claims now instead of Jen Sunderland.
