This weekend traditionally is viewed as the kickoff to Summer. We often spend time with family and friends at picnics, barbeques, parades and maybe the pool. It also kicks off a busy summer for USASA. National Amateur Cup and Adult Soccer Fest preparations, our Regions will be busy with competitions, and planning for the Fall and the AGM will all fill the Summer calendar.
It's also a time to remember. Memorial Day reminds us of those who we've lost in war. It causes us to pause our busyness to think of family, friends, neighbors or other loved ones who served and sacrificed for our country. Many of you have served our country as well. Let's all take a moment to remember, to be grateful and where we can, let those around us know we still love and appreciate them and what they've done for us.
