Last night was the regular meeting of your National Board of Directors. In summary, an ad hoc working group proposed by Fritz Marth, VP, was approved to further develop a coaching education program. No other new business was proposed. Smaller working groups of the NBOD will be reviewing USASA policy proposals from the Governance Committee. Those groups will then bring back recommendations to the entire
NBOD for action.
One item reported on last night was the success of the AED reimbursement program. Reimbursement for more than 50 units have been made to member organizations so far this year. The program remains in place, so I encourage any member organization to take advantage of this program. Information is on our website.
