EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MESSAGE

It's just the beginning of summer and we have a full slate of activities on deck, both

nationally and in our member organizations. Meetings, games, and tournaments are among the things many of us will be participating in, but our focus also begins to move forward to the fall and preparations for next year. With that in mind, I want to remind you that proposals for amendments to bylaws must be made by June 30, 2024 to be considered at our AGM in September.

I wish all of you a fun and healthy summer. Get out and enjoy the beautiful game, whether as player, coach, supporter, spectator or referee. See your friends. Make new friends. Bring somebody new to soccer with you. This summer is the start of three big years where soccer will be front and center. Spread the word about how soccer is a game for life.

WEEKEND REGION RESULTS:

After this weekend's Region I finals were held, NY Pancyprians defeated Christos FC to become this year's Region I champion and representative in the National Amateur Cup.

Region I knocked out all of their finals this past weekend, providing us with their representatives for the Women's, Over 30's and Over 40's Cups. Congratulations to Rochester Lakers, Christos FC and Central Park Rangers FC.

We will see you in July in Dekalb!

Our final update from this weekend is the results from the Region II semi-finals. Bavarian United SC and Milwaukee Torrent won their respective semi- finals.
