Because We Love
‘We love because God first loved us.’ And because we love, we are privileged to serve and continue to grow in Christ. So we give THANKS:
  • to all who made the annual Fall Festival such a gift of joy and community!
  • For the gift of family/children’s music time each week which continues to grow as toddlers to grandparents praise God together!
  • For all the prayerful work that has been done in preparation for the annual stewardship emphasis for 2020 – another indication that with the help of God’s Spirit, we can do this! Hear about the plan and your invitation to share your time, talents, and financial resources at worship on Sunday. Watch your mail next week and indicate your promise of participation so that we may continue to be “On Our Way Rejoice-ing!”

‘We love because God first loved us.’ And because we love, we are privileged to pray:
  • For all those on our prayer list.
  • For all the “snowbirds” who have or will soon be heading south for the winter. Safe travels!
  • For the Call Committee and pastoral candidates, as they are now in the interview phase of the process.
  • For our 9th Grade Confirmation students as they write their personal faith statements and prepare to affirm their baptismal promises in the rite of Confirmation on Sunday, Oct 27.

Blessings and peace,
Pastor Marlene
