Bloodlines of the Slave Trade

All our welcome to join our Sacred Ground Circle for a special screening of Bloodlines of the Slave Trade on Sunday, June 14 at 3:30pm in the parish hall. This documentary examines the very different stories of two families linked by the ancestors' involvement in the slave trade and features our own Susanna Grannis. You can view the trailer below.

Join us for Pride!

Christ Church will return to the Hudson Pride Parade this year on Saturday, June 20. We will also have a booth at the Pride Festival in Promenade Park. Sign-up sheets for marchers and for booth volunteers are in the parish hall.

Christ Church Apparrel

Whether you are marching with us at Pride, volunteering at an event or just want to spread the news about Christ Church, you need some Christ Church Merch! Order forms for T-shirts and hats are in the parish hall and the church office. Unisex "semi-fitted" t-shirts (available in sizes Youth S-XXL) are $20. Adjustable ball caps are $15.

Our first order is limited, so people volunteering for Pride will get priority for the stock we have on hand, but we can place as many orders as we need!

Food Donations Needed!

We have seen a significant increase in demand for food from our mini-pantry and are only anticipating that to grow. Please consider donating non-perishable items as soon as possible. Collection boxes will be in the parish hall and the narthex. We will also accept personal hygiene items, baby and adult diapers, and baby food (but not infant formula) as well as monetary donations.

Funds are also available if anyone would like to buy a large amount of food or other items and be fully or partially reimbursed. Please contact the church office if you would like to do this.

Dedications

Flowers on the High Altar may be dedicated to loved ones by members of the congregation. Please call the office with the name(s) you wish to commemorate and the Sunday you prefer. A donation is requested; the church provides the flowers.
