Dear Village Resident,
The 2018-19 vehicle sticker fee doubled on October 2 to $40 per vehicle. If stickers are not purchased by November 1, tickets will be issued. The police will be making periodic subdivision checks to make sure stickers have been purchased for all vehicles and that they are being displayed properly. New residents have 30 days from the time they move in to purchase stickers.
Refuse & Recycling Information
The village has renewed its contract with Groot Industries for another two years. Monthly rates for refuse, recycling and landscape waste pickup will go down. Landscape waste will be picked up through the last week of November. View more information here!

Halloween Happenings!
Trick or Treat hours will be on Halloween - October 31 - from 3:00 - 7:00 PM.

The R/SG Chamber of Commerce Trunk or Treat will be at Horse Fair Park from 3:30 - 5:30 PM on Halloween. Come for treats, games & crafts in the pavilion! Wear your costume for this fun event. Free!
4th Annual Craft Show
The St. Peter's Church Women's Ministry is hosting their 4th annual craft show on November 3 & 4. They have some very talented crafters participating so they invite you to come and browse their beautiful, functional wares. Unique handcrafted items are perfect gifts for the upcoming holidays. Located at 2118 Main Street. Saturday hours are 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Sunday hours are 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
Yoga at NJ Elite Performance
NJ Elite has teamed up with Nurture Yoga and Massage to bring you a Yin/Yang Fusion class designed to help all athletes improve their flexibility, balance, joint mobility & breath awareness. Participants can expect deep stretch yoga to improved flexibility of soft tissues, mobility of the joints and the release of stress in the body & mind. Operation Dropbox
The Spring Grove Fire District is accepting donations for the McHenry County Department of Health's Operation Dropbox, which serves veterans in McHenry County. All donations will help veterans living at the Hebron transitional living program. Donations will be accepted from October 1 - November 1. View the flyer with more information...
Dodge Ball Openings
Ready, Set, Go Dodge ball!  Teamwork and strategy are more valuable in dodge ball than athletic skills and individual competitiveness. New Polling Place and other Nov. 6 Voting Information
Richmond Township District 2's new polling place is the Spring Grove Municipal Centre at 7401 Meyer Road. Subdivisions in this district include Spring Meadows, Spring Oaks, Nottingham Woods, Spring Grove Estates, Fieldstone Ridge, Highland Estates and Stonegate. Election Day is November 6. Burning of landscape waste is allowed on the weekends in October and November with restrictions. View them here .
