2022 Community Impact Grant Applications for United Way of Northeast Georgia are officially open!
All local nonprofits should consider applying for our 2022 grants. Applications will close at 5 p.m. on June 1 and recipients will be announced at the end of August 2021. Eligibility requirements and FAQs are available on our website. Additional questions can be emailed to Mark Madison ([email protected]).

Grants are given to nonprofit programs that are based in and provide service to community members in our 12-county region. We highly encourage collaborations of nonprofits as well as individual nonprofits' programs to apply. Applications for grants can be made in one of our three focus areas: basic needs, early childhood success, and workforce development.
Spotlight on: Solvay
For more than 20 years, Solvay has been a dedicated partner of United Way of Northeast Georgia, and we are so proud of all they do. Based in Barrow County, Solvay has spent years giving back to their local community and the region through their workplace campaign giving and team engagement. This last year alone, Solvay raised more than $28,000 through its United Way of Northeast Georgia workplace, continuing their support of our organization's mission. Joe Vogt, Plant Manager of Solvay, has led the charge of his team's consistent engagement, and has been an active advocate for United Way of Northeast Georgia and our partners in Barrow County and beyond.

Thank you, Solvay, for your continued support and commitment to our region.
