Top 3 areas of wellness interests: Spiritual, emotional and social.
Being well means: The mind, body, and spirit connected in a harmonious way to produce a high-level feeling of well-being.
I tend to my well-being by: Practicing daily karate, which has always been an important part of my physical and mental well-being. I start my day with meditation, stretching, and a cup of green tea. I love to walk and run in nature and very often you can find me practicing karate and preparing for my competitions. During the weekday I am giving karate classes to students ages 3+ which makes me happy that I can share my knowledge and passion and at the same time help them to build their character and confidence of champion.
