October Newsletter
Meet the YAN Steering Committee!

We are so excited to introduce the Youth Action Network Steering Committee!

On Saturday, October 16th, we held a retreat at Felt Street Park in Live Oak to welcome the new YAN Steering Committee Members. We hosted several activities focused on team-building, youth-adult partnerships, how to create community change and what we want to accomplish this year as a group.

We also contributed our vision and ideas for YAN and the community to the amazing labyrinth at the park created by Yadira Flores, County Park Friends, and Live Oak Cradle to Career!

Thank you to everyone who helped organize our first annual YAN retreat!

Stay tuned to learn more about the team and our upcoming projects!
