A new YA Info. Sheet is REQUIRED to be turned in once each school year for each child prior to participating in any Youth Apostolate event on or off site.

High School Youth Group is back 6:30pm this Sunday 8/30!

5-6:30pm Religious Ed

6:30-8pm High School Youth Group

There is no charge for youth group or high school religious education (RE). If you have not participated in RE classes in the past, I highly recommend checking it out! High school RE classes are open to everyone no matter where you go to school, Catholic school, public school, homeschool, or private school. Classes are Sundays from 5-6:30pm followed by youth group from 6:30-8pm. Because the two are back to back, and our hope is that most of the kids participating in youth group will be coming from RE, youth group begins with dinner!

Middle School Youth Group will hopefully start Sunday 9/13

Middle school youth group will meet prior to Religious Education on Sundays beginning 9/13 (so long as we get volunteers!) from 3:30-5pm, ending in time for students to go right to religious education. We will have dinner at the end so they won’t go in to class hungry! We are still in need of 1-2 more compliant adults (age 21+) to help chaperone MS YG. We have 4 incredible college students who have generously volunteered to help plan and run the meetings, but due to Diocesan Youth Protection rules, chaperones must be age 21+, so we are in need of a few more adults willing to hang out and help keep an eye on kids for safety purposes. Time commitment is most Sundays, 3pm-5:45pm. Contact Jeanne if willing to help and/or for more info!

Sons of Thunder: High School Guys’ Group

7-8:30pm 1st & 3rd Tuesdays beginning 9/15 (Maurer Room)

High School Men: Come hungry (physically and intellectually) and ready to rumble. Sons of Thunder meets 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 7-8:30 pm in the Maurer Room with Phil, Nate, and Father Bergida.

Talitha Koum: High School Girls’ Group

7-8:30pm 2nd & 4th Tuesday’s beginning 9/22 (Maurer Rm)

ALL High School Ladies are invited to become part of our authentic sisterhood in Christ, deepening our faith, sharing life & growing in holiness. It's a real special time of friendship together, immersing ourselves in the Good, True & Beautiful. 1-2 WOMEN VOLUNTEERS (age 21+) are still needed to supervise, no prep, no standing up front, just extra eyes! Thanks be to God for all of the folks who have volunteered to help with high school youth group, Sons of Thunder and Friday breakfast! We are so blessed! Just a few more volunteers are needed!

St. Raymond's has the treasure trove of young people! I know nobody has time, but everyone makes time for what is important to them. Let's show our young people how important they are to us!
