In 2016 a
Satsang
held in the divine presence at Suffolk, United Kingdom. A devotee seeks guidance on how to empty the mind.
And here is what Swami said:
I just told you the formula. Satsanga leads to nissanga; nissangattvam is emptiness, that is, no company; you are in the company of your Divine Self. You are happy, you are full, within yourself. However, to reach that state, you must start with satsanga, which takes the mind from doing negative things to doing positive things. Once, because of positivity, your mind becomes calm and pure, then it does not need anything else. Then there is emptiness, but until then, you must practice this way.

Middle East Report - November
The month of November had been very special for the youth around the world as they got fully involved in various activities, both Spiritual and Service oriented. As Swami puts it right, that for a bird to fly effortlessly, both the wings should be balanced so that it takes the bird to better heights.
Spiritual Activities for November
The youth had organised Akhanda
Bhajans
at one of their houses which started at Six am in the morning to 6 pm in the evening. They planned a day-long reading of Sri Sathya Sai Tapovanam Paraayan, with a good number turning out to read and listen to Sai Mahima.

Service Activities for November
The youth from the Middle East region found it very interesting to meet their friends who toil in the hot sun to make their meagre living by serving them with refreshments before they take leave for their Friday Namaz.
On Swami's birthday, November 23, 2018, these youth surprised their brothers by offering T-shirts to all, imprinted with 'Love All Serve All' which even made the others happy. Additionally, one of our youth managed to arrange for 100 T-10 Cricket tickets for all the laborers, who were beyond happy in expressing their gratitude.
At the Ladies’ camp, the youth welcomed Swami’s birthday month with a free breast cancer checkup for all the female laborers residing at the camp. The services were provided hand in hand with fellow sisters from the Art of Living group. The sisters were then provided with refreshments and those with serious issues were then referred for further treatment and medicines were provided free of cost. The youth understood the importance of working with those who have the common goal of serving humanity irrespective of their faiths and backgrounds.
At a different site, where youth visit every Saturday with Laban and bananas, they distributed T-shirts to celebrate the occasion of Swami’s birthday with their laborer brothers. This was given alongside the regular provision of bananas and Laban. In this region, around 120 workers are benefitted every Saturday.

Their company had closed down and they were not paid their salary that was due. On account of nonpayment of bills, the authorities canceled their water and electricity connections.
