A NOTE FROM MIKE PORTER, INTERIM DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY

Hello Christ Church Youth Families,

We have a couple important events going on this weekend:

• Christ Church Cares Day is this Saturday, September 19!

Youth and families are invited to spend the day serving our neighbors at locations throughout our community. Opportunities include assembling hygiene kits from our VBS collection, helping clean up after the Pass It On Kids Sale, and taking photos and videos at service sites. There is a place for everyone to serve! Learn more and sign up at ccum.net/cccd.

• Youth Dinner and Sanctuary Series Concert is this Sunday, September 20! Youth will meet in the Youth Center at 6 pm for dinner before heading upstairs to help welcome guests to One in the Spirit: Music for Friends and Faith. The concert (begins at 7 pm) will celebrate our own Dan Blosser and his tenth anniversary of ministry at Christ Church. The evening will showcase his work as a composer, conductor, and singer, joined by friends and the Christ Church Chancel Choir. Come enjoy dinner, serve as part of our welcome team, and experience a wonderful evening of music!

7 pm - Sanctuary Series Concert in the Sanctuary
