Holy Trinity + St. Nektarios Drive in • this Saturday, 7/11!

Join us here at St. Nektarios this Saturday, July 11 for a drive-in style movie. We will begin the night with Vespers at 6:00PM, followed by a grill-out, fellowship, and the screening of Toy Story (1995) on the grass/concrete wall area in our parking lot! 

SAVE THE DATE for our second event on Saturday, August 15th: Panagia Potluck Picnic — in honor of the Dormition of the Theotokos, we will gather at Hellenic Park at 12:30PM. Tickets & details coming soon!

Discover The St. Sophia School

The St. Sophia School is entering our third year of operation at St. Nektarios! We offer a small, Christ-centered learning community where students are known and loved, challenged academically, and nurtured in their faith, character, and love of learning.

What sets The St. Sophia School apart:

St. Panteleimon Homeschool Academy • Applications Open

The St. Panteleimon Homeschool Academy at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church invites Orthodox homeschooling families in the Charlotte area to apply for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. The Academy offers students an opportunity to build friendships, experience a classroom setting, and grow through shared learning in an Orthodox Christian environment on a weekly basis. Students will study a variety of subjects, including the lives of the saints, basic tenets of the Orthodox faith, and selected academic subjects. Families interested in joining the Academy are encouraged to apply today.

GOYA Summer Bookclub • Thursdays at 7:00PM

The GOYA book club will remain open for any newcomers. Join us in group discussion and fellowship as we read The Way of a Pilgrim!

Bible Story & Activity Time


Volunteers are still needed to take on a Sunday of Bible Story & Activity Time on the Porch this July - August! Parents, please be sure to head over to the porch with your little ones at conclusion of Holy Communion so that the program may begin at a collective time.

Senior Spotlight: CrossRoad Summer Program

Congratulations to seniors Aaron Asvestas and Colin Baker who just completed their ten-day vocational immersion at Hellenic College Holy Cross through the CrossRoad Summer Program! 

CrossRoad is a ten-day academic summer institute that prepares high school juniors and seniors to make big life decisions and invites them to connect with the Orthodox Christian theological and spiritual tradition in a deep and meaningful way. We look forward to learning about their experience!
