Sunday Night Youth Group Meals
We need your help! Please sign up to provide a meal for our youth group and confirmands.
Task: Plan, purchase, prepare, serve the food and clean up.
New this year: All meals must be served and eaten outside at this time.

  • The kitchen is available for food prep and dishes and flatware from the kitchen may be used for the meal.
  • Another option is to bring disposable plates and flatware, totally your choice.
  • Plan to feed 40 people, at 6 pm, outside of Hickey Hall.
  • Receipts can be turned in to Jodi Stuermer for reimbursement. The budget is $200.

Thank you for supporting our Sunday evening programming!!
