To all our dear friends -

We miss you all already and hope you are safe and well! 💚

Here is our latest update on the library's operating status:

  • Library doors will be completely closed to the public from Tuesday, March 17th through Monday, March 30th and no staff members will be in the building.

  • There will be no circulation of library materials during this time and item due dates will be automatically extended with no fines accruing.

  • All library programming is canceled through Saturday, April 4th. At that point, we will reevaluate and make a decision on future programming.

  • We are continually updating our website (www.denvillelibrary.org) with new resources, so please be sure to check back. Did we mention we miss you? We really do!
We hope to connect with you online!

  • If you need suggestions, tech assistance, resources, or information -- really, anything! -- please e-mail the library at our general email address (contact@denvillelibrary.org) or message us on Facebook or through our personal e-mail accounts in the Youth Services Department, which are:

  • Livestream kids events! 😄 Like our Facebook page to check out our virtual events for children! We did a Livestream Preschool Storytime on Monday, which you can view by clicking here. Ms. Melanie will be going live on Wednesday morning (March 18th) for a baby storytime. We'll have a full schedule of virtual events for kids starting next week!

  • Our online library is always open 24-7 with e-books, audiobooks, magazines, and comics ... with lots of fun materials for kids! Plus, some children's publishers have kindly made their e-resources freely available. (Don't have a library card? Fill out the online application here and we'll get you set up!)
