I hate to miss out on the fun, but this week I have been out of town for my sister's wedding, and am excited to celebrate with her and the rest of my family! I will be back later next week, and we'll be ready to dive into all the holiday fun that's coming up.

Kingdom Kids (K5 - 4th) is headed to the Emerald Isle to explore our new theme for this year: The Lord is our Good Shepherd

We’ll be using this program & theme all throughout this year, and it’s our goal to provide both the Parent’s Night Out (PNO) events we’ve come to love, as well as the multi-day VBS event that gets kids excited about faith!

I teach the 7th & 8th grade Religion Class at BCA during the 2nd semester @ 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. on M, T, & Th.

We have been working through The Book of Concord in Sunday School class for the last 6+ months. As we go, we are discussing why we are Lutheran, and comparing our Lutheran doctrine to the doctrines of other denominations & religions.

*A Reminder About Friendsgiving Next Month:

The youth ministry calendar originally had a separate Friendsgiving event for each of our age groups. However, the leadership has decided to combine The Door & Surge for a shared Friendsgiving at Cross of Christ on November 15th from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The changes have been made to the calendar, so be sure to check that out. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions. Thanks!
