Hello Everyone,

Glendale has launched a new app just for you. It's called GlendaleOne ( and can be downloaded to your phone via mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. This app can be used to turn in complaints on everything from weeds to potholes to your trash not being picked up. You can choose an option to track the progress of your complaint. It has a lot more neat features that you can check out. You can see more information below.
City Council has begun its annual budget process and it will be meeting nearly every Tuesday in March and April to have in-depth discussions of and directions regarding the City Manager's proposed upcoming FY 2020-21 city budget.

Spring Training 
 Reading Challenge

February 1st -  March 13 th

The Glendale Public Library is teaming up with Camelback Ranch - Glendale Stadium to offer chances to win free tickets to a Dodgers or White Sox Spring Training baseball game! Just read or listen to a book of your choice, then visit any Glendale Public Library location to complete an entry for weekly game ticket drawings. Participants will also be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing for autographed baseball memorabilia and Home Plate Box tickets for the season finale game on March 22nd between the White Sox and the Diamondbacks! Patrons of all ages are invited to participate.

The Chocolate Experience Puts a New Flavor on Annual Event

Discover a new spin on the Chocolate Affaire for 2020, as the City of Glendale presents the Chocolate Experience, February 8th  - 9 th

Held at the Glendale Civic Center this year, the event will move from an outdoor festival to a more intimate experience, with select chocolatiers and confectioners, craft artisans, artistic performances, wine and chocolate pairings and live music on the fountain terrace. Cerreta Candy Company will offer free tours of the candy factory, as well 
its popular chocolate-pizza making booth. 

The event offers free admission and parking, plus free shuttle rides to and from Cerreta's. 

Event hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The Glendale Civic Center is nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Glendale at 5750 W. Glenn Drive. While downtown, visit the many charming shops and renowned restaurants to complete the day.

A variety of gas engines and tractors from a bygone era will be showcased at the 30 th Annual Winter Antique Tractor & Engine Show,  Saturday and Sunday, February 8th  - 9 th from  9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. each day at Glendale's Historic Sahuaro Ranch located at 9802 N 59th Avenue in Glendale. 

The event will include engine displays and demonstrations, tractor pulls, food vendors, Sahuaro Ranch historic home tours and hayrides. A kids' corner will feature an array of hands-on activities for children of all ages, including pedal tractors, barrel train rides, craft activities, duck races, water pumping and corn grinding. 

Admission is $5 per person and children under the age of 12 free with paying adult.
