39 th Annual Alexandria St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Dog Show Saturday March 7th 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. (FREE!) King and Alfred Streets Summary: Wear your green! More than 2,000 people will participate in this year’s parade, sponsored by The Ballyshaners. Before the parade – at 10:30 a.m.- a dog show will take place at Market Square to benefit the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. It should be a fun day!

Post-Parade St. Patrick’s Day Party Saturday, March 7th 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. (FREE!) Jackson 20 Courtyard 480 King Street Summary: The revelry doesn’t have to end once the parade is over. There will be food, drinks courtesy of Port City Brewery, and lots of fun!
