We have much to celebrate this year; Mother's Day, my birthday, Tony's retirement, Quetzalli's graduation, Memorial Day, kick off to Pride month next month...WOW! There are never enough hours in the day so we are combining some of the festivities into a couple MCs and special classes. Plus, May always means a special deal or two! See details below!

Every year Katie does a special Mother's Day class! Bring your mom, your daughter who is a mom or any mom you love and come dance with us. Just a 1 hour class, but Katie has a mother's day raffle for a gift basket!

This year we are combining all the celebrations! Join us for Memorial Day and why not throw in a little Pride while we are at it. We will be raising money for the UNM LGBTQ Resource Center again this year. Join us for 90 min of fun. Evening classes will be canceled due to the holiday.

  • For in-studio & virtual, you will need to pre-register on MindBody


  • You cannot pre-register for Videos on Demand on MindBody. You can purchase via PayPal for instant access to the video on my Zumba website OR contact Sabrina to get the access code.


  • MindBody will always have the most up to date subs & cancellations listed


  • Our website directly syncs with MindBody & will have all up to date cancellations & subs



 
Class formats at our studio
Zumba
A Latin and international music inspired dance fitness class. Cardio with moves easy enough for ANYONE to follow. Basic steps tutorial can be found here
Zumba Toning
Movement to international music meant to improve muscle endurance. Light weights used for class. Improves coordination and focuses on large muscle groups. Toning video shown here
Strong Nation HIIT class
High Intensity Interval training class meant to take your workouts to the next level. No dancing. Punching, kicking, squats, burpees and core work synced to music. Promo video here

CIRCL Mobility

Focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises to help you move better. Set to healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress. Available in 12 min cooldown format after a cardio class like Zumba or Strong as well as a 30 min stand alone class. See more about it here

Where do I park?
  • Parking on the street on Jefferson (east side of building)
  • Parking on the street on Lomas (south side of building)
  • Parking lot behind studio (north of building). Park in front of storage sheds. You might need to get an instructor to open the gate for you
  • Never park at Comfort Dental (they have threatened to tow)
  • Please do not block the entrance/exit to the parking lot (see below)
Please do not block entrance/exit to the lot with any part of your car.
We share a parking lot with I-9 Sports. They have large trailers that have to go in and out of this parking lot. If cars are too far back, then it makes the turn in or out of the lot very difficult for the large trailers.

Refrain from parking in this space if any part of your car will be behind the marked ending of the sidewalk (see pic). Failure to comply may result in
  • Damage to your car from a trailer
  • A ticket from the city
*I have personally seen both happen to cars in that spot*
