Due to the large number of classes on our schedule, we have had to create multiple zoom accounts. Please note that some of these classes have different zoom links.

Virtual classes and on-demand videos are still available during our closure!

How do I sign up?
  • Using the NW Women's Fitness App, or your account on our website, view the "Virtual Group Fitness" schedule.
  • Click on the class you want to attend
  • Click on "Book Class"
  • If you have difficulty, email We can make the reservation for you and are happy to help!
