StandPoint™ Engagement Findings

Dear faculty and staff,

Thank you for your participation in our recent engagement survey. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping the future of our medical school and ensuring that we continue fostering an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

I am pleased to announce that the AAMC StandPoint™ team will be joining us to share the results of the survey at our next

All-Hands Meeting on Tuesday, March 4 at 1 PM.

This information will provide insight into key engagement trends and areas of strength, as well as opportunities for growth. I hope you will join us to learn about the survey results and findings!

Overall Engagement Findings:

While we look forward to a more in-depth discussion during the upcoming All- Hands meeting, I wanted to share some preliminary insights on overall engagement in the interim.

Next Steps:

To ensure meaningful action, we will establish working groups to focus on priority areas identified in the survey. These groups will work collaboratively to develop strategies for improvement, and we encourage faculty and staff to stay engaged as we move forward.
