Strategic Plan: Key Updates & What's Ahead

Proposed Strategic Goals

At the February All-Hands Meeting, we shared three proposed Strategic Goals and Foundational Capabilities with you. Each of these goals currently has areas to address, sustain, and elevate. Performance measures for each goal will be established so we can track our progress.

Please Take the Survey!

We’re shaping our future direction, and your voice matters. If you haven't already done so, please take our short survey below by March 11, to share feedback on our proposed Strategic Goals and Foundational Capabilities. Your insights will help ensure our priorities are clear, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most.

Thank you!

StandPoint Working Groups

During the All-Hands meeting, we also shared high level results from the StandPoint™ Working Groups.

To recap, there were 3 working groups, 25 members, over 85 hours of team and co-chair time, that yielded 46 recommendations.

This reflects an extraordinary level of engagement and thoughtful analysis from across the community. Their completed efforts marked a major milestone in the planning process.

Next Steps

All the recommendations from the StandPoint™ Working Groups were carefully reviewed, placed into seven major themes, and prioritized. Of the 46 recommendations, five are currently implemented and operational with measurable outcomes, and an alternative suggestion was made for another recommendation. All of these will be reported out within three months.

Another five recommendations are in progress, and will be implemented and reported on within six months. Owners were assigned and prerequisites identified for 11 of recommendations and work on those will begin within 6-12 months. The remainder of the recommendations will be initiated within 12-36 months. For more details on all of the recommendations, click here.

We will keep you updated on the progress of all of the recommendations.
