Our FAC stands for Friday Art Club!
ALL ages and skill levels welcome.
Our gallery artist and resident instructor, Phil aka PC will cover an element of art, be available for advice and suggest a "doodle" for you to work on while you enjoy our creative space, comfy chairs, large work surfaces and cool a/c. Bring your own supplies or we can give you paper and pencil to get started.

Sourdough Starter Workshop
Sourdough bread has been around since 3700 BC yet still remains one of the more intimidating loaves to bake. Join Lynn of the Mutiny Ranch on September 22nd from 6pm-8pm at Zu Gallery (48 W Main St., Cortez) and learn the easiest, most surefire way to create your own sourdough starter and gain the skills to bake your very first sourdough boule. $25/person

"Elevated Paint" with PC Artistry - Mesa Verde
$45
This is ZU Gallery’s version of the “paint and sip” class, but elevated. It’s perfect for a couple activity, team building, bridal shower, birthday celebration, or a girl’s night out. Book a private party or join us for a scheduled workshop.
Find inspiration surrounded by the beauty of our Four Corners destinations. PC will guide you each step of the way on your creative journey. Play, explore, and awake the artist within!
PC will demonstrate techniques that are fun and easy. Each participant will learn the basics of the color wheel and paint brush types. You will leave with a one of a kind piece of art and insight.
Materials used are high quality artist grade. Cost includes all materials and instruction, wine/beer or non-alcoholic beverage and snacks. Workshop average time is 1.5 hours.
Cost: $45/person

Portraits
Our in-house photography studio is ready for your portrait. Schedule online, email, or call. $60, includes a 20-25 minute session, online proof gallery, and a digital image.

Pose, Click, Print in less than 30 seconds. We can bring our mobile photo booth to your next event (indoors or outdoors). $100/hour and $4 per 5x7 print with customizable photo folder. We can seat up to 50 with tables and chairs. We can help you plan, arrange for meals, and provide needed technology. We are also licensed for wine & beer - a fun addition to any event.
