In April we kept our minds engaged during Book Club on Monday Mornings with Bobbi Perez, Linda G. taught an earth science program in the afternoons, we went to Billings Farm for educational Farm Programs. We cooked with Sarah and Doug, we went to Norman Williams Library for Story Time and we made homemade chocolate candies with Helen and Erin Norton. We also played Bingo with Kitty.
We stayed artistic and musical as usual. We went to ArtisTree every other week for Pottery, we did crafts with Kitty, we had art class with Finnie, we sang each week with Kerry Rosenthal, We had music immersion with Emerson. We did music movement classes with Mark and Kathleen, we sang with Cooie and we had Musical Practice twice a week for our upcoming musical Zilly Zonka and the Chocolate Factory. The staff from King Arthur Flour came and made pizza with us.
Fitness was also important to us each week taking walks through the Village of Woodstock, we had bi-weekly yoga classes, we swam on Fridays at Upper Valley Aquatic Center. Bari kept us exercising at Zack's Place and outside as well. We played Pickle Ball at Woodstock Fitness club with Sarah and games with Doug.
We are thankful to have our own van at ZP, and that kept us out and about going on terrific field trips to Lebanon Opera House, The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord, The Brattleboro Art Museum, The Southern Vermont Natural History Museum in West Malborough, Bowling at Maple Lanes, and Shir Shalom to visit the Synagogue.
