A Brave New World! Preparing for Transition Back to School
Wednesday, August 5 | 3 p.m.

We hope you are able to join us for our next livestream event on August 5 at 3 p.m., " A Brave New World! Preparing for Transition Back to School ."

Transition is difficult for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We can help prepare for transition by discussing what to expect, using visuals to help understand sequences of events, and scheduling extra time to adjust. Change is good, and we can help our children with autism prepare for change successfully!

During our livestream event, we will discuss common challenges that we face when expecting changes to our daily routine. We will talk about practical strategies to teach children with autism how to get ready to head back to school during this time of great uncertainty.

Visit the  Spectrum Education Center  online to learn more, view previous presentation recordings, and access resources.
