Looking for a 3rd young male adult, 20's-30's (for common interests), preferably employed (pre-COVID) and active in the community, to be a housemate with their son (age 28) and housemate age (30's). The 3-bedroom home in Hudson, that was completely renovated and furnished (new) in 2016. It's fully walk able via sidewalks to Hudson Post Office, Barlow Community Center (and park walking path/pond), Yours Truly Restaurant, PNC Bank, Evaporator Works shops, and all of downtown Hudson. It is less than 1/2 mile from the Hudson Police and Fire/EMS stations. The house has been staffed by an agency since its inception (3 years ago), which provides oversight, assistance as needed, off-site activities, overnight staffing, and cooking. Some type of waiver support would like be needed (or personal pay). Timing of availability is late June/ early July-the utilities (water, heat, AC, internet/cable) are split three ways among the housemates. Trash pick-up, lawn service, and snow removal are covered by the landlords. Maintenance checks and any issues are handled by a local contractor in Hudson.
