Optimizing Data Quality
Over the last five years or so, we have seen a substantial decline in the quality of panel samples. This is likely due to a combination of factors – outdated recruiting methods; over-taxing respondents with too long or too frequent surveys; relentless and continuing efforts at fraud, including the use of bots. Lower response rates and engagement are just some of the challenges. The net result is the quality of data obtained through panels has become less reliable and requires more effort and attention to maximize its value and impact.

New Study: Thousands of New Independent Agencies Opened
Thousands of New Independent Agencies Opened During the Pandemic! This study was conducted by Zeldis Research in cooperation with Future One, a collaboration of the Big “I” and leading independent agency companies. The Agency Universe Study is hailed as the most comprehensive look at the independent agency system. The 2022 Agency Universe Study was first conducted in 1983. In total, 1,452 respondents were included in the 2022 study.
