UNCERTAIN FUTURES: 7 MYTHS ABOUT MILLENNIALS AND INVESTING.
A NEW REPORT AND WEBINAR FROM ZELDIS RESEARCH FOR FINRA AND CFA INSTITUTE.
Millennials, on the cusp of surpassing Baby Boomers as the largest adult generation, remain substantially under-invested as a segment. Why? A new report from the FINRA Foundation and CFA Institute, based on research conducted by Zeldis Research, explores this question and more. Discover new findings about Millennials' financial behaviors and attitudes in a  free webinar January 24 at 1 pm.

The study looked at three groups of Millennials, segmented by their current types of investment holdings, and compared them to Baby Boomers and Gen Xers with similar investments.

Among the questions addressed:
  • Beyond income constraints, what barriers, perceived or real, prevent Millennials from owning investment accounts?
  • Do Millennials' views on investing differ from Gen Xers and Baby Boomers?
  • Within the Millennial generation, are there significant demographic differences in investing behaviors and attitudes?
  • How do Millennials view the financial services industry and financial professionals? And what do Millennials think about emerging financial technologies, like robo-advisers?
Join us for a detailed look at these findings in a free webinar on January 24 at 1 pm.   Watch for your invitation or register HERE.
CONSUMERIZATION HEALTHCARE WEBINARS PHASE I & II:
AVAILABLE TO VIEW NOW
If you missed our recent webinars on the Consumerization of Healthcare, here's your chance to view them now. In December's Webinar: Phase II - Quantitative, the second phase of our ongoing proprietary study yielded new findings on attitudes by generations towards healthcare technology and apps such as Fitbits and Apple Watch, consumer DNA tests, remote health monitoring devices and patient data sharing. While both consumers and primary care physicians are excited about many of these developments, physicians may not be ready to deal with them.

MILLENNIALS SURPRISE AGAIN
We know from our continuing study of Millennials that stereotypes about this generation are often upended by the research. In our recent proprietary report on the Consumerization of Healthcare (see above item) we learned that Millennials  have mixed feelings about devices such as the new Apple Watch ECG monitor, especially when compared to Boomers' attitudes.

THE YIN AND YANG OF QUAL/QUANT IN A RESEARCH APPROACH
In developing a research strategy, will you be optimizing your results by considering the benefits of both Qual and Quant and how they can work together?

Maybe you planned to use just Qual or just Quant to achieve your objectives, but by combining them in your approach, you can maximize the insights.

See our examples of how we used each type of research to elevate the finds in segmentation, attitude and usage, customer journey, concept testing and market positioning studies.  Learn more HERE about how to get the most from your marketing research by using both Qual and Quant in your plan.

CLIENT LOYALTY - HOW DO YOU MEASURE?
We're proud to report that Zeldis Research has received an 85% Net Promoter Score this year from its current customers, surpassing our previous score of 77% in 2015. While we understand that our data came from researchers who understand the scale, on this index of client satisfaction and potential recommendation to others, we've beaten out some highly recognizable brand names. But by now you know our philosophy is the proper combination of Qual and Quant; numbers aside, we take greatest pride in what our customers have to say about us.
