Never a Dull Moment!!!
My Wife thinks I can do anything. That apparently includes "Diesel Mechanic." I can't say she's too far off the mark as nothing has exploded. Well nothing has exploded "Y-E-T." I really feel I should say "yet."
I have a love/hate relationship with my wife's truck. She loves it and apparently it hates me. It's not typical for an object, animate or not, to develop a vengeful spirit towards a person. However, by the 3rd fan clutch I new it was just out of spite. My wary foe waits until I'm a state away before it springs a leak, spontaneously looses a wheel bearing, or has a brand new tire disintegrate in a cloud of dust and smoldering rubber fragments. Somehow or another I manage to put it back together with only the barest minimums of bailing wire, chewing gum, and Duck Tape.
So that's kind of why we find ourselves here today. Rosie, that's my Charlotte's truck, was having an issue. We've been gone for almost 2 weeks and Rosie's having kind of a tantrum. I think I've got her through the worst of it but I had to promise her a spa-day. The truck not my Charlotte.
Original Buckaroo Whizzer Pasta Salad
Tuggy’s Treat
What You Need:
  • 2 Jars - Buckaroo Whizzer®
  • 1/2 a Jar - Oh Sweet CowPlop®
  • 16 oz. - Macaroni (Elbow Pasta)
  • 8 oz. - Sharp Cheddar Cheese Cubed
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 4 Stalks - Celery Diced
  • 1/2 Cup (heaping) - Hellman's or Duke's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup (heaping) - Kraft Horseradish Sauce
  • Butter and Olive Oil (Optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
I like to garnish with a bit of Romaine Lettuce and diced tomato. You can even throw in the occasional diced avocado if you're in the mood.
What You Do:

1) Wash-wash-wash, wash-wash-wash, wash your hands. Wash your hands. Yes, this can be done to the tune of "Shake Your Booty" by K.C. and the Sunshine Band.

2) Cook your pasta. I won't go into heavy detail here. If you really need directions on cooking macaroni just email me. I'm happy to help.

3) Drain your pasta and then put it in a large bowl. I do like to add a little olive oil and butter to my still hot, cooked and drained pasta. It tastes good and helps prevent the pasta from sticking. Just a couple of tabs butter and maybe a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir gently.

4)Dump both jars of Buckaroo Whizzer® and 1/2 a jar of Oh Sweet CowPlop® into a strainer. Everything left in the strainer pour over your pasta.

5) Add the rest of your ingredients except salt and pepper the gently stir until well combined.

6) Salt and Pepper to taste

I like to let this rest in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Ideally let it set overnight but it's delicious either way.
