• I'm currently using and have been using paper certificates, can I continue?
• No, this is the approved gift card program

•  Are there different designs for gift cards?
• Yes! There are several designs to choose from. The FS marketing department will also add and update designed as seasons change and holidays occur.
• Do the gift cards have an expiration date?
• No, the cards do note have an expiration date. This ensures that customers can redeem them whenever they are ready, and the funds will be held for redemption while ensuring payment to the salon the card is redeemed at.
• When will I receive payment for the gift card redeemed at my salon?
• Currently, payouts are being processed monthly with plans to transition to a weekly payout cadence.
• How can I promote the gift card sales in my salon when it's online only?
• We recommend displaying the Gift Card Marketing Flyer at stations or near the front desk. It's a great conversation starter when visible at the salon station!
•  Where is the sale reflected in my sales report?
• The sale will not be reflected in your center sales report. The transaction is made at the corporate center and you'll see the redemption on your sales report when the card is redeemed in your store.
• Who absorbs the fees for credit cards purchased?
• Corporate is absorbing the credit card fees for the cards purchased.
