Deaf Day

The second annual Deaf Day in partnership with the Sign Language Interpreting Program at Tarrant County College (TCC) is TOMORROW. American Sign Language interpreters, provided by TCC, will be on-site throughout the day at keeper chats, select restaurant and merchandise locations, animal outreach stage shows, the ticket booth and a few other locations.

Heads up that personnel from TCC and media will be on property before park opening. The TCC interpreters and staff will be based out of the Education Building for the day.

Reminders

A few reminders from Security as Phase 4 construction ramps up:

  1. Please be careful when walking the back areas, particularly from Gate 5 through Gate 6C.
  2. Parking may be limited on Park Place once contractors arrive, so please be aware of conserving space to accommodate the parking needs of all staff in this area.

For your safety and the safety of others, please be sure all employee drop-offs are in the west parking lot (located on the southeast corner of University Drive and Colonial Parkway) and not in front of gates 2 or 3 near the security base.
