MONDAY CLASSES

Cardio Core w/Heather

Class Description
This 50 min class will work your core while stretching you for a full body workout. This class is perfect for all levels.

4:30-5:30PM
Pilates Mat & Stretch w/Kathy

Class Description
Develop functional abdominal, shoulder, and back strength from the inside out by developing lean, elongated muscles and spine flexibility, as well as improved posture. All levels.

TUESDAY CLASSES

Senior Strength w/Ellen


Class Description
Join us for 60 mins of strength, balance, flexibility, cardio and range of motion. Exercises may be done in chairs and include low weights.

Gentle Yoga w/Jane

Class Description
Incorporate yoga postures in a slow, meditative, and calm practice. Perfect for beginners or experienced practitioners who wish to slow down.

WEDNESDAY CLASSES

Slow Flow Yoga W/Jean

Class Description
Join us for a mindful, healing hour of slowing down and moving through your morning yoga. Attention will paid to breath, alignment and your own inner experience. We will end with a brief seated meditation before sending you off refreshed and connected for your day.

Class Description
You can increase our ease end range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement

Class Description
Hatha Yoga strives to achieve balance between body and mind, through physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class will challenge you physically, improve your flexibility, strength, and help you become more relaxed.
