Many times we find that we are more apt to practice and train when we have a group to do it with at a specific date and time.
In these days of social distancing when face to face meeting is not possible Community Contemplation is happy to offer three weekly group meditations:

Wednesdays 9 AM
Fridays 9 AM
Sundays 9 AM
