Right after your purchase, you received an automated reply with attachments from [email protected]. The attachment titled "Booking Confirmation" is your ticket to the event. The barcode on the confirmation is linked to the number of tickets you purchased. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us no later than Monday, May 13th by clicking the button below, or calling (309) 681-3500!
VIP TICKET HOLDERS

VIP hour is from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, you will receive your martini sample tickets to use by 6:30 p.m. During VIP hour, you will also enjoy a specialty hors d'oeuvre and animal encounter with one of our outreach animals!
EVENT TICKET HOLDERS

Check-in for event ticket holders starts at 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, you will receive four martini coupons attached to your event program. Once inside, you'll receive a martini glass to use for the evening!

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

Your ticket must be either printed out or on your smartphone to be scanned! The barcode on the booking confirmation is necessary to enter the event. If you have a cracked or scratched screen, we recommend printing your ticket. If you cannot print, or have your ticket on your smartphone, please call our office at (309) 681-3500 no later than Monday, May 13th. 
WHAT IF I PURCHASED MULTIPLES?

If you are arriving separately, each person must present a copy of the Booking Confirmation to be scanned. If you are all going through the gate at the same time, you only need to bring one copy. We cannot hold a copy of your booking confirmation at the gate so please distribute it to your guests prior!

DO I NEED AN ID?

Yes; you must present a valid photo ID! We will have a police officer checking IDs at the event. This event is for ages 21 & over only.
WHERE IS THE EVENT ENTRANCE?

New this year- the event entrance will be at the front of the Zoo- the Barton Pavilion in Glen Oak Park!

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking is located throughout Glen Oak Park. We will have a shuttle to pick guests up at two main shuttle points and take them to the event entrance. The shuttle will start at 5:30 p.m. and continue throughout and after the event. The shuttle stops are located on the map.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED RESERVED PARKING?

You have a reserved spot in the parking lot in front of the Zoo/Event Entrance. There will be a parking attendant checking reservation names at the front of the lot. Reserved parking spaces will be held until 7:30 p.m. 
WHAT ANIMALS CAN I SEE?

You may see some of the animals of Africa! which includes the giraffes, rhinos, zebras, lions, red river hogs, colobus monkeys, mandrills and more! Our animals in Africa! will be outside to see until 7:30 p.m. This is weather permitting.
WHAT DO I WEAR?

For your attire, dressy casual is what we recommend.  This event is rain or shine and is located both inside & outside. Also, you will do some walking- whether it's around Africa! to see the animals or just in-between our 19 vendors to scope out your next martini. FYI, the ground in Africa! is uneven so keep that in mind during your shoe selection.
DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

At the event, we will accept credit cards, cash or check! Guests can purchase extra drink tickets, raffle tickets and/or can donate to help feed the animals! We have some amazing raffle baskets and tickets are sold at the event: 1 for $5, 5 for $20, 10 for $30 or 20 for $50.
ARE THERE OTHER FOOD AND DRINKS?

In addition to four drink tickets, water, soda and a variety of appetizers and dessert are complimentary. You can use a drink ticket on a martini or a limited selection of beer and wine. Extra drink tickets are $5/piece.
