Financing Progress
Over the past 2.5 months, we have been meeting with a wide range of potential funders.
During this process, we have found the strongest alignment with community-focused financial institutions that specialize in supporting rural America.
One such organization recently sent us an initial term sheet. In addition, a local bank has expressed interest in potentially participating in this proposed deal structure. These are early discussions—not final commitments—but they represent meaningful progress and indicate that the project financing appears achievable.
In December, representatives from these banks will visit Chaffee County to tour the property, meet local leaders, and hear directly from our extended team and community partners. Their visit is an important next step as we continue working toward securing the necessary financing to bring this project to life.
Community Support
Across all financing discussions, lenders place significant weight on the depth and breadth of community support. Support from you and many other Chaffee County residents who have contributed to this effort helps us validate the need, reduce perceived risk, and strengthen our position as we work to secure project funding.
