Dear ProCert Vendor,
As we indicated in our July 18, 2019 email, vendors with an active subscription may elect to cease submitting activities to ProCert and request a refund of the unused portion of the purchased subscription. All refund requests must be submitted to
by Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
By submitting a refund request, the vendor acknowledges that no additional submissions to ProCert will be filed.
If you request a refund, you will receive a prorated amount equal to the number of months remaining on the purchased subscription. For example, a vendor with a Subscription I ($1,195) who purchased the subscription in January 2019 and requested a refund in August 2019 would receive a refund of $498, since they had 5 remaining months.
The following table lists the refund amounts for all three subscription levels.
